All prices are GST Inclusive If delivery is required, please indicate the preferred week of delivery (note delivery is only available for Canberra and Queanbeyan): Week beginning / of this year.
	Mail Vouchers Please check this box if you require tree or stand vouchers to be sent (for example if they are to be used as gifts), otherwise just come along at Christmas time to collect your purchases! (When you give us your name, we will already have a copy of your paid order form on hand)

Important Information
If you hold an additional discount voucher bring it along when collecting you tree and obtain a cash refund for the additional discount.

When vouchers are requested to be sent they will be sent by Australia post. Our customers should receive these within 7 working days. Please contact us should you not receive the vouchers within the specified time period. We open for tree selection and pick-up starting the first weekend of December.

Returns Policy
Should a voucher not be required it can be returned by mail with the order details and a refund will be made. Please note that the voucher can be used in subsequent years and not just this current Christmas. Should you still require a refund to be made we will unfortunately need to charge you an administration fee of $10.
